Mildred is an ardent Marketing professional with over 24 years’ experience in the FMCG sector. Over the years, she has garnered robust analytical, portfolio management and business strategy expertise as well as Process and Organizational Change Management skills that have collectively resulted in improved efficiencies and overall brand and business performance in the businesses where she has worked. Mildred is an Alumnus of IE (Instituto d’Empressa) Business School, Madrid, Spain where she graduated with an MSc in Digital Marketing. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Sesan has an HND in Architecture from the Yaba College of Technology and has participated in international seminars such as the Scottish Training on Wood Construction. With architectural experience spanning over 25 years, he has successfully led Terrawork’s design and construction team on several residential and commercial developments.

John has over 12 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Human Resources and FInancial Strategy. He holds a HND from the Yaba College of Technology and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)

Chukwudi is a Civil Engineer and seasoned builder with over 20 years practical experience in engineering and construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos and he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is well experienced in structural design, foundation engineering, road construction and high rise development.

Fanen has 24 years multi-disciplinary and multi-industr)y operating and consulting experience in financial services, technology, start-up ecosystems, international development, renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, consumer markets and marketing services.

Herbert has two decades of experience in Finance and Project Management in Africa, Europe as well as Asia, working with international organisations such as the United Nations and multinational companies. He possesses a wealth of experience in the housing, sustainable and renewable energy sector and in particular with solar and photovoltaic technology. Herbert holds a BA in Technical Sales and Distribution Management and an MA in Entrepreneurship.

Ntai is a thorough-bred journalist and entrepreneur. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Calabar and a Masters in Media & Communications from Pan African University, Lagos. Besides being named the prestigious CNN African Journalist of the Year (Business & Economy category) in 2005, he is a multi-recipient of the enviable Nigerian Media Merit Award. He founded Terraworks in 2012 and has since led the company through several successful project developments.
