Mildred BAGSHAW
Managing Director/CEO
Mildred has over 24 years’ experience in marketing and business strategy. She holds an MSc in Digital Marketing from IE Business School, Spain, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and Nigerian Institute of Management.
Sesan AGBELUSI
Executive Director
Sesan has 25+ years of architectural experience and has led Terrawork’s design and construction team on multiple residential and commercial projects. He holds an HND from Yaba College of Technology and has attended international seminars in wood construction.
Ifeanyi OKONKWO
Project Manager
Ifeanyi is a certified civil engineer and project manager with over two decades of experience in engineering and construction management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos and has attended several project management and leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad.
John EMELA
Financial Controller
John has 12 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial strategy. He holds an HND from Yaba College of Technology and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Herbert MACHEINER
Director
Herbert has 20 years of experience in finance and project management across Africa, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with UN and multinational companies, holding a BA in Technical Sales and an MA in Entrepreneurship.
Fanen ACHO
Director
Fanen has 24 years of multi-disciplinary experience in financial services, technology, renewable energy, real estate, and marketing. He has led projects in international development, start-ups, and consumer markets.
